Angel Rose Olaya is my name. Purok 4A Aglayan Malaybalay City is where I dwell. My Asian Recipe is a Filipino culinary blog where I share my favorite Filipino and Asian recipes with everyone.

As a major fan of Filipino cooking, it is my goal to educate others on how to make Filipino dishes in the most basic way possible.

Aside from my strong love of cooking and my constant need for a distinct Filipino taste, I was inspired to create culinary films to promote Filipino food. Outside of the Philippines, I’ve noticed that Filipino cuisine is underrepresented. It is time for the rest of the world to notice, know, taste, and enjoy our food.
